Nie można zweryfikować (sprawdzić) konta PayPal

Muszę zweryfikować konto PayPal, gdy użytkownik sign_up.

Mam funkcję (źródło -http://curry.byteally.com/finding-verification-status-of-a-paypal-account-ruby-on-rails-paypal-adaptive-accounts-getverifiedstatus/)

Wprowadziłem moje dane uwierzytelniające i zmieniłem.

I umieścić go i mój static_pages_controller (na razie).

     ...

Dodano linię w moich route.rb

  post "static_pages/verify_paypal"

Moim zdaniem:

   <%= link_to "verify", static_pages_verify_paypal_path, :method => :post %>

Ale ciągle daje mi tekst:

    "Gee! sorry! something went seriously wrong"

co oznacza, że mój użytkownik nie jest zarejestrowany w systemie PayPal (ale tak jest!).
