Próbuję zainstalować pakiet rncdf na serwerze Ubuntu 10.04:

Pobrałem również pakiet źródłowy i próbowałem zainstalować w powłoce, ale uzyskałem ten sam wynik.

R CMD INSTALL ncdf_1.6.6.tar.gz 

Oczywiście instalator nie znajdzie właściwego pliku nagłówkowego. Przeszukałem więc plik ręcznie i znalazłem go:

root@fourier:/usr/include# ls -ahl netcdf.h
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 30K 2009-12-22 04:47 netcdf.h 

Pakietynetcdf-bin, netcdf-dbg, netcdf-doc, libnetcdf-dev ilibnetcdf4 wszystkie są poprawnie zainstalowane.apt-get jest na bieżąco. To są moje informacje o sesji:
