Ich habe auch das Quellpaket heruntergeladen und versucht, es in der Shell zu installieren, aber das gleiche Ergebnis erzielt.

R CMD INSTALL ncdf_1.6.6.tar.gz 

Offensichtlich findet das Installationsprogramm nicht die richtige Header-Datei. Also suchte ich die Datei manuell und fand sie:

root@fourier:/usr/include# ls -ahl netcdf.h
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 30K 2009-12-22 04:47 netcdf.h 

Paketenetcdf-bin, netcdf-dbg, netcdf-doc, libnetcdf-dev undlibnetcdf4 sind alle richtig installiert.apt-get ist aktuell. Dies ist meine Sitzungsinfo:
