Jak pobrać plik z usługą na Androida?

Chcę pobrać plik z Internetu za pomocą usługi. Znalazłem kod źródłowy i kod działał dobrze. Ale mam problem, gdy wracam z aplikacji, której pobieranie się zatrzymuje lub gdy wyczyszczam pamięć RAM, również się zatrzymuje. Więc chcę znaleźć kod pobierania, taki jak Google Play, który nigdy nie przestanie działać, gdy wyczyścisz pamięć RAM lub historię aplikacji. To jest mój kod źródłowy:
