Zawsze pokazuj usługę na pasku powiadomień

Chcę dodać moją aplikację do paska powiadomień, tak aby zawsze była wyświetlana, podobnie jak niektóre aplikacje w sklepie Google Play.

Chcę, żeby to było jak ten zrzut ekranu:

Chcę, aby moje powiadomienie nie zostało wyczyszczone, a moja aplikacja została otwarta po kliknięciu powiadomienia.
