Używam Ninject w moim projekcie MVC 3 wdrożonym na appharbor. Zauważyłem, że otrzymuję wyjątek, gdy aplikacja jest uruchomiona i wygląda na to, że przyczyną jest coś wewnątrz Ninject, ale nie mogę znaleźć żadnych odpowiedzi - więc proszę mi pomóc :)

Spróbuję tutaj dodać pełny wyjątek:
