Estou usando o Ninject no meu projeto MVC 3 implantado no appharbor. Eu notei que recebo uma exceção quando o aplicativo é iniciado, e parece que algo dentro do Ninject é a causa, mas não consigo encontrar nenhuma resposta lá fora - então, por favor, me ajude :)

Se eu recarregar a página - a exceção desaparece. Isso pode ter algo a ver com o uso do ninject para um filtro:
