Próbuję wysłać wiadomość c #, gdy pewne wartości w bazie danych przekroczą jej wartość progową.

Dopuściłem już port 25,587 i 465 w zaporze systemu Windows. I wyłączono opcję zapobiegania masowej wiadomości e-mail w programie antywirusowym. Kod, którego używam, jest podany poniżej
