Z powodzeniem zainstalowałem szyny 4 i stworzyłem projekt za pomocą szyn 4.0.0

rails s

po raz pierwszy działało dobrze. Ale po dodaniu klejnotu „devise” do gemfile

 gem 'devise', '~> 3.0.0.rc'

i podczas instalacji pakietu otrzymuję następujący błąd. Jaka jest przyczyna tego błędu i jakie będzie rozwiązanie?

Próbowałem także komentować sekcję gem 'devise', ale teraz otrzymuję ten sam błąd dla każdego polecenia rails.

gem 'devise' z dowolną wersją, pokazuje następujący błąd na pakiecie, jeśli usuwam devise gem działa dobrze, użyłem szyn 3.2.13, ale nigdy nie spotkałem się z takim problemem, co za dziwne.
