Próbuję wygenerować żądanie podpisania certyfikatu z tematem UTF-8.

Kodowanie terminali to UTF-8, mam ten sam problem, gdy używam tematu linii poleceń(...) -subj /C=PL/ST=zażółć\ gęślą\ jaźń/O=my-company/CN=ThisIsMeForSure

Kiedy pomijam-utf8 przełącznik, CSR jest generowany ze wszystkimi znakami nie-ascii zastępowanymi notacją szesnastkową (npó staje się\xC3\xB3). Taki CSR nie może być poprawnie odczytany przez php (openss_x509_parse) - oryginalnyó jest odczytywany jako cztery bajty, reprezentujące dwa dziwne znaki ...

Co ja robię źle?
