Próbuję zaktualizować UIProgressView w UICollectionViewCell podczas pobierania pliku, ale czasami aktualizacja progressView i czasami nie aktualizuje, i nie mogę zrozumieć dlaczego, to jest kod do wyświetlania UICollectionViewCell:

Raz działa widok postępu, a inny tysiąc razy nie działa, nie rozumiem, jak zaktualizować widok postępu, jakąkolwiek pomoc?
