Niektóre pakiety R nie aktualizują się za pomocą update.packages ()
WybieraniePackages->Update packages... dał:

Uruchomiłem skrót R w menu startowym „jako Administrator” i uzyskałem takie same wyniki.
Wersja R to 3.0.2.
