Dodaj elementy do ListView - Android

To jest moje pierwsze doświadczenie z Androidem. Próbuję dodać elementy do mojego ListView. Używam zakładek, a jedynym sposobem na sprawdzenie, czy element został dodany, jest zmiana karty, a następnie powrót do pierwszej karty.

Szukałem wokoło i zawsze znajdowałem

adapter.notifyDataSetChanged();

ale dla mnie nie działa.

Stworzyłem projekt za pomocą, jak już wspomniałem, Naprawiono Tabs + Swipe. Chcę po prostu przeglądać listę, które wiersze mają EditText, Spinner i Button. Na dole fragmentu używanego do zakładki mam przycisk ImageButton. Chcę go kliknąć i mieć nowy wiersz.
