Hinzufügen von Elementen zu ListView - Android

Dies ist meine erste Erfahrung mit Android. Ich versuche, Elemente zu meiner ListView hinzuzufügen. Ich verwende Registerkarten, und die einzige Möglichkeit, um festzustellen, dass das Element hinzugefügt wurde, besteht darin, die Registerkarte zu ändern und dann zur ersten Registerkarte zurückzukehren.

Ich habe mich umgesehen und immer gefunden

adapter.notifyDataSetChanged();

funktioniert aber nicht bei mir

Ich habe das Projekt wie gesagt mit Fixed Tabs + Swipe erstellt. Ich möchte einfach Listenansichten haben, deren Zeilen einen EditText, einen Spinner und einen Button haben. Am unteren Rand des für die Registerkarte verwendeten Fragments befindet sich ein ImageButton. Ich möchte darauf klicken und eine neue Zeile haben.
