Postgres - ostatnia wersja 0.14.0 klejnotu „pg” daje błąd

Jestem nowy w szynach. Chcę używać PostgreSQL, ponieważ Heroku też go używa, ale mam zły czas instalującpg klejnot. Najwyraźniej brakuje niektórych plików i nie można utworzyć pliku Makefile?

A kiedy ucieknębundle install Podczas instalowania klejnotu pg pojawia się następujący błąd:

Zainstalowałem postgresql używając homebrew,brew install postgresql, więcwhich psql daje mi/usr/local/bin/psql
