a oto błąd:

SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110) 
SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.  

w wielu pytaniach wspomniano, aby włączyćphp_openssl extenstion który jest włączony na moim serwerze. Używam PHPmailer w wersji 5.1

również nie ma problemu z moim portem serwera 25 i prostymmail() funkcja działa dobrze
