Próbowałem dowiedzieć się, jak rozwiązać ten problem przez dwa dni. Jestem nowicjuszem w tego typu sprawach, więc byłbym wdzięczny, gdyby ktoś mógł mi powiedzieć, jak to naprawić.

Próbowałem usunąć skype, ale to nie zadziałało, próbowałem wyłączyć światową sieć, IIS wyłączone nic nie działa.
