Jak zorganizować wiele paneli w JFrame

Próbuję zrobić prosty kalkulator do ćwiczenia grafiki (jestem kompletnym noobem GUI). Mam problemy z niepotrzebnymi przestrzeniami po Kalibratorze Polyashenkos i obszarze tekstowym oraz przestrzeni między polem tekstowym a przyciskami. Również jak zachować ten układ, ale wyeliminować przestrzeń, a także zmniejszyć 3 dolne przyciski. Wszelkie wskazówki dotyczące tego, co robię lub jak mogę to zrobić, byłyby mile widziane.
