Jak rozpocząć optymalizację mojego kodu Java? - Procesor jest w 100%

napisałem aplikację, ale z jakiegoś powodu utrzymuje się na 100%. Uruchomiłem profil r na kilku klasach i raport pokazuje, że isReset () i isRunning () wydaje się nazywać dużo razy. Czy widzisz coś złego, poinformuj mnie. dzięki

Klasa 1 jest jedyną klasą, która używa kodu isReset (), więc mam nadzieję, że pomoże to ludziom w wykryciu błędu
