“Falha ao conectar-se à VM remota” conectando o jdb ao emulador do Android no Windows
Estou tentando conectar o jdb ao emulador do Android há um tempo, e fui recebido repetidamente com:

Não é tão bom. Qual é a melhor maneira de contornar isso? Estou executando no Windows 7 de 64 bits.
