Código JSFiddle não funciona em minha própria página
eu tenho algunscódigo que está funcionando no JSFiddle mas que não consigo executar em minha própria página.

Se eu pegar o código e inserir os arquivos HTML / JS (vinculado no cabeçalho) / CSS (vinculado no cabeçalho), o CSS funcionará, mas o JavaScript não.
Eu tentei substituir$(this) com o id do elemento, mas ainda sem sorte.
