Код JSFiddle не работает на моей странице

Если я возьму код и вставлю файлы HTML / JS (ссылка в голове) / CSS (ссылка в голове), CSS работает, а JavaScript - нет.
Я пытался заменить$(this) с идентификатором элемента, но все равно не повезло.
