jak połączyć ITK z VTK za pomocą c ++?

Jestem początkującym w ITK, VTK i Qt. Używam visual studio 9. Próbuję odczytać serię DICOM z ITK i wyświetlić z VTK w QVTKWidget (Qt). Opieram się na tym kodziehttp://www.itk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/IO/ReadDICOMSeries i zmodyfikowałem zgodnie z moimi potrzebami.

kiedy czytam serię DICOM z VTK i wyświetlaję ją w QVTKWidget, działa, ale kiedy chcę przeczytać tę serię z ITK i wyświetlić z VTK w QVTKWidget, program wyświetla pierwszy obraz serii i kiedy przechodzę do następnego obrazu z kółko myszy, program ulega awarii.

kiedy debugowałem, otrzymałem ten błąd:

Może istnieje błąd w Pipline między ITK i VTK, proszę mi pomóc znaleźć rozwiązanie tego problemu. Spędziłem dwa tygodnie szukając rozwiązania, ale wszystkie metody zawiodły, może istnieje inna metoda powiązania ITK i VTK oprócz ImageToVTKImageFilter klasy. Liczę na twoją pomoc. z góry dziękuję.
