Nie można rozwiązać symbolu zastępczego w wartości ciągu

Próbuję użyć właściwości z a.properties plik, ale nie działa.

Oto mój kod:

Za pomocącontext:property-placeholder, Łączę ten plik z moimcontext-core.properties plik:
