Hibernacja bez przestrzegania specyfikacji JPA w połączeniu z API sprawdzania poprawności Bean?

Zrobiłem test na połączenie JPA i API walidacji (JSR-303).

Jeśli zestaw obiektów ConstraintViolation zwrócony przez metodę sprawdzania poprawności nie jest pusty, dostawca trwałości musi zgłosić wyjątek javax.validation.ConstraintViolationException zawierający odwołanie do zwróconego zestawu obiektów ConstraintViolation i musi zaznaczyć transakcję do wycofania.
