Mam maszynę wirtualną z systemem Ubuntu 12.04 i próbuję zainstalować ElasticSearch. Śledziłem tosen w najlepszym duchu „naucz się X na twardo” i wszystko instaluje się dobrze - pakiety są pobierane, nieobsługiwane, kopiowane we właściwe miejsce itp.

Problem pojawia się, gdy go uruchamiam - albo dzwoniąc:

$ /usr/local/share/elasticsearch/bin/elasticsearch

lub przy użyciu opakowania usługi $ rselasticsearch console)

Dane wyjściowe są rejestrowane wwrapper.log i znajduje się poniżej. Myślę, że mam problemy z domem / klasą JAVA, ale nie jestem pewien.

Biorąc pod uwagę, że jesteśmy teraz w 2016 roku, najprostszym sposobem na uruchomienie ES na Ubuntu jest użycie Dockera.docker run elasticsearch pobierze najnowszą wersję i uruchomi ją na pierwszym planie, i oczywiście możesz uruchomić ją jako demon lub uruchomić określoną wersję (np.elasticsearch:1.7.2) i ustaw porty itp.
