Cómo hacer que la etiqueta en el histograma responda a la entrada dinámica del usuario

Tengo el siguiente código de trabajo. Toma los datos de entrada y muestra el histograma en función de un umbral.

Si ejecuta, el código a continuación, el código está funcionando en la medida en que el histograma cambia a medida que arrastra la barra deslizante.

Sin embargo, la etiqueta26 GENES no cambia a medida que arrastramos el umbral de 1.5 a 2. Espero que el valor cambie a30 GENES. Estos valores están codificados en elvar input_data especialmentenof_genes.

¿Cómo puedo hacer que surta efecto?
