¿Está desarrollando Internet Explorer, extensiones de objetos auxiliares del navegador?

1) Estoy tratando de hacer un BHO simple en C # como aquí ya respondió:https://stackoverflow.com/a/5740004/285594

2) Pero desafortunadamente todos intentaron menos que IE11, donde algunos lo hicieron funcionar y otros también fallaron

3) después de seguir todo lo mencionado en esa respuesta, también compré el signo de código oficial, pero simplemente no funciona en Windows 7 de IE11 de 64 bits.

P. ¿Alguien puede aconsejar / sugerir / ayudar cómo puedo hacer un mundo de este BHO?

También probé otros ejemplos de codeproject, pero todavía ninguno de ellos pude hacer el trabajo todavía, intentándolo desde hace 4 semanas, estoy perdido, por favor avise qué está mal en mi ClassLibrary2.rar que no está resaltando el texto "navegador" ?
