Estoy teniendo un problema con npm, no puedo instalar nada. Aquí están los mensajes de error:

¿Alguna idea de por qué es esto? Aquí están mis configuraciones de red y parece que no tengo ningún proxy configurado. También desactivé todos los cortafuegos.
