Tengo problemas para configurar una tarea NPM para una compilación automatizada en Visual Studio Team Services (anteriormente Visual Studio Online). Hay dos problemas:

Errores de bloqueo de caché (se muestran a continuación).Es dolorosamente lento: más de 45 minutos para una docena de paquetes.

Agregué el argumento --cache pero eso no pareció ayudar.

npm install --dev --cache $(Agent.BuildDirectory)\b

La carpeta de binarios parece ser el lugar correcto para el caché, pero honestamente, no estoy seguro. Alguna documentación aquí:
