Estoy intentando implementar mi primera aplicación MVC y continúo teniendo problemas relacionados con la conexión a la base de datos de mi servidor SQL. Mi problema actual es que cuando intento publicar el sitio, recibo una: SqlException (0x80131904): Error de inicio de sesión para el usuario 'NT AUTHORITY \ ANONYMOUS LOGON'. Sin embargo, no estoy seguro de si este es mi problema principal o simplemente un síntoma de un problema diferente todos juntos. Creo que el problema tiene que ver con mis cadenas de conexión (aunque ciertamente podría estar equivocado al respecto), que he modificado alrededor de 20 formas diferentes. Mi intento más reciente para que funcione es así:

He pasado todo el día investigando el tema, lo que parece bastante común, pero todos parecen ofrecer soluciones diferentes ... ninguna de las cuales ha funcionado hasta ahora.

Alguna información adicional sobre la aplicación: Es una aplicación ASP.NET MVC 4. La base de datos se construyó con el método Entity Framework Code-First y ejecuto SQl Server 2012, Enterprise ed. en Windows Server 2008 R2. La aplicación se desarrolló originalmente en mi máquina con Windows 8 usando Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate, y una vez que la terminé, la trasladé a mi máquina de trabajo con Windows Server 2008 R2 y estoy intentando publicarla en la edición para desarrolladores de Visual Studio Express 2012.

En una nota al margen, ¿cómo abrir una base de datos que se creó utilizando el código primero en el estudio de administración de servidores SQL?
