soquete @Raw com ligação do dispositivo usando o sistema setsockopt () não está funcionando no Fedora core 6 (2.6.18-1.2798.fc6)

No código de exemplo abaixo, tínhamos vinculado meia-prima com eth0. mas durante a execução do programa, a recuperação de meias cruas está recebendo pacotes de eth0 e eth1 na mesma máquina (xx_86). Não está claro para mim o porquê, poderia ajudar alguém nessa questão. Espero que o setsockopt não esteja funcionando corretamente SO: Fedora core 6 (2.6.18-1.2798.fc6)
