ráfico de barras em java

Quero alterar a altura de cada barra (por exemplo, 10 na parte vermelha e 20 na parte azul). Mas quando eu aumentar o valor da altura, ele aumentará o gráfico da parte inferior, enquanto eu quero que a alteração seja superior! Você sabe o que há de errado com isso?
