Operação INSERT usando Node.js e PostgreSQL não funciona

Estou criando meu primeiro aplicativo usando o Node.js e o PostgreSQL. Este aplicativo se conecta ao banco de dados, cria tabela, realiza a raspagem na web de um site, insere informações no banco de dados e, em seguida, desconecta-o do banco de dados. Estou tentando fazer usandoasync/await.

O problema é que a operação de inserção não funciona. Não há erros, basta tabelacoberturas permanece vazio.

Por quê? Não consigo resolver o erro se nenhum erro for exibido.
