Como transferir quadros cv :: VideoCapture através do soquete no modelo cliente-servidor (OpenCV C ++)?

Eu traduzo vídeo através do soquete e vejo o fluxo de vídeo do outro lado, mas não consigo receber vídeo. Meu arquivo de vídeo está vazio. Estou pensando que o problema pode estar errado, converter o formato de vídeo no lado de recebimento. Como devo codificar o vídeo no lado do servidor e como devo decodificar o vídeo no lado do cliente?

Eu uso o Linux Ubuntu Mate, OpenCV 2.4.13.
