Brilhante - valor FILL não passado para ggplot corretamente no servidor brilhante - objeto de erro 'input' não encontrado
Eu estou tentando desenvolver um aplicativo brilhante que irá montar um mapa de calor baseado em mapa em um navegador e permitir que você altere a variável mostrada no mapa de calor. O mapa é de uma região geográfica com arquivos de forma GIS e a variável escolhida é mostrada no mapa como um mapa de calor. Infelizmente eu tenho um problema em que a variável não está sendo passada paraggplot()
corretamente e meu mapa falha. O código server.r abaixo como um script R direto é executado com sucesso sem problemas, mas quando adaptado para Shiny, ele falha.
A questão acontece com o seguinteggplot()
código no server.r:
myplot1 <- myplot1 + aes(long, lat, group = group, fill = input$var) + ...
Eu recebo um erro:
Erro no eval (expr, envir, enclos): objeto 'input' não encontrado
Isso tem a ver comfill = input$var
onde não reconheceinput$var
que está sendo passado de ui.r.input$var
é a variável escolhida (var1, var2, etc.) em ui.r para mostrar no mapa de calor. Esta é a única instância que conheço no código ondeinput$var
não é reconhecido. Eu tenho usadoprint(str(input$var))
antes desta linha e mantém claramente o nome da variável desejada. Se eu codificá-lo em código (por exemplo,fill=var1
), entãoggplot()
funciona bem e o mapa é mostrado corretamente.
Eu também useienvironment = environment()
noggplot()
mas isso gera outro erro:
Erro: Valor discreto fornecido à escala contínua
Estou interpretando para significar que ele está procurando por um quadro de dados descrito pela variável, mas em vez disso, ele obtém um único valor.
