O código abaixo causa uma exceção. Por quê?

ATUALIZAR

Se traçar este código, vejo que a linha do construtor chama o construtor

inline Mat::Mat(int _rows, int _cols, int _type, void* _data, size_t _step)

Por quê? Este protótipo tem 5 parâmetros, enquanto eu estou fornecendo 4 argumentos.
