Eu sou novo no Spring e recebo este erro:

org.springframework.beans.factory.parsing.BeanDefinitionParsingException: Configuration problem: Cannot locate BeanDefinitionParser for element [annotation-driven]
Offending resource: ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/spring-ws-servlet.xml]

Depois de algumas investigações, parece que eu provavelmente tenho uma incompatibilidade de versão entre meus esquemas e jars, mas não vejo onde (estou fotografando para a v3.1).

O erro está sendo lançado em spring-ws-servlet.xml sempre que ele lê um elemento. Como eu disse, sou novo no Spring Services e reconheço que provavelmente há uma falha óbvia na minha configuração e que agradeço qualquer ajuda. Obrigado!
