Eu gostaria de executar o WcfTestClient (um que está incluído no VS2012) em uma máquina diferente sem instalar o VS2012. Isso é possível? Na máquina que eu instalei o .NET 4.5, mas quando tento adicionar serviços da web, ele me fornece o seguinte rastreamento de pilha:

Na pasta WcfTestClient eu só tenho 2 arquivos, existem outros arquivos que eu preciso incluir? WcfTestClient.exe WcfTestClient.exe.config

Ambos são copiados diretamente da pasta IDE do VS2012.
