Estou tentando implantar um aplicativo da web de teste no Azure, mas quando executo o emulador do Azure em minha máquina local, recebo esse erro do console do emulador do Azure anexado à minha WebRole:

Tudo estava funcionando bem desde que eu tinha MVC3 instalado na minha máquina local (o assembly MVC3 estava no GAC), mas desde que eu removi o MVC3 (o Azure não tem MVC instalado), estou recebendo esse erro. Meu aplicativo web tem MVC4 regularmente incluído e que funciona bem. Eu tinha então pensado sobre redirecionamento de ligação de assembly, e notei que no meu arquivo web.config eu já tenho:

Estou esquecendo de algo? Não deve o assembly de chamadaActionMailer.Net.Mvc ser automaticamente redirecionado para a versão correta do assembly MVC? Qualquer idéia é muito apreciada. Obrigado.
