Java SSLHandshakeException “sem conjuntos de codificação em comum”

Estou usando um SSLServerSocket para aceitar conexões de cliente no meu servidor openSUSE, mas nenhuma delas pode se conectar. Eu sempre recebo um SSLHandshakeException dizendono cipher suites in common. Ativei todas as suítes possíveis, habilitei múltiplos protocolos, tentei com o mais novo oracle JRE e o openjdk. Também segui várias outras postagens em fóruns e coisas e "desbloqueei" todas as cipher suites no jre do oracle e mudei as configurações do openjdk jre assim:

Desativado:#security.provider.10=sun.security.pkcs11.SunPKCS11 ${java.home}/lib/security/nss.cfg e ativado:security.provider.9=sun.security.ec.SunEC

É assim que inicializo meu SSLServerSocket:

O problema é que não consigo descobrir quais conjuntos de criptografia os clientes querem nem posso influenciá-lo. Eu comecei o programa com-Djavax.net.debug=ssl,handshake, Aqui é o resultado. Alguém de você pode descobrir qual é o problema?

EDITAR O keystore foi gerado com:keytool -genkey -keyalg RSA -keystore ./keystore

A saída contém uma conexão com outro servidor que funciona e, em seguida, a conexão com o meu servidor. Não consigo remover a outra conexão, porque estou recebendo as informações sobre como conectar essa conexão. Eu poderia ativar a depuração após a primeira conexão, se isso for possível, mas não sei como ...

Eu removi todas as saídas não relacionadas (Saída que eu criei).

ATUALIZAR:

Eu não consigo nem me conectar. Quando eu crio um SSLServerSocket e um SSLSocket para conectar-me a ele no mesmo aplicativo, recebo o mesmo erro. Mas quando eu comparo as listas de conjuntos de cifras habilitadas, há um monte de suítes que são suportadas por ambos os sockets. Eu testei isso no Windows 7 64bit com o mais novo JDK.

ATUALIZAR:

Acabei de começar a parte do servidor do meu programa a partir do zero usando um tutorial, e magicamente funcionou ... Eu não tenho idéia do porquê, mas parece que eu deveria ter usado o máximo de implementações padrão possível. Eu dou a reputação a Bruno, já que ele fez o maior esforço em seu post.
