Tengo un WebView que contiene un formulario de entrada. Cuando el usuario selecciona la primera entrada, aparece el teclado y desplazará WebView para que la entrada quede al descubierto. Mi problema está en <API 19 cuando toco en la siguiente entrada parcialmente oculta que WebView no se desplaza. Si tuviera que cerrar el teclado y luego seleccionar la entrada, se desplazaría correctamente.

He leído mucho sobre si la Actividad es Pantalla completa, entonces no funcionará pero mi aplicación no lo es.
