У меня есть WebView, который содержит форму ввода. Когда пользователь выбирает первый вход, появляется клавиатура, и он прокручивает веб-вид, чтобы ввод был открыт. Моя проблема в <API 19 при нажатии на следующий частично скрытый ввод, который WebView не прокручивает. Если бы я закрыл клавиатуру и затем выбрал вход, он бы правильно прокрутился.

Я много читал о том, что если Activity - FullScreen, тогда он не будет работать, но мое приложение - нет.
