iOS: ¿Existe actualmente una manera de evitar que dos controladores de vista sean empujados o explotados al mismo tiempo?

La única solución que he visto fue una respuesta a una pregunta de stackoverflow. Publiqué el enlace a continuación. La respuesta a la que me refiero es la quinta. Sin embargo, parece que algunos usuarios tienen algunos problemas con la solución. No sé si hay otra categoría para evitar que dos controladores sean empujados al mismo tiempo. Cualquier sugerencia o sugerencia es apreciada.
