Quiero cargar "D: \ er.txt" al servidor web utilizando HTTP, cuando estoy ejecutando el programa, obtuve HttpSendRequest 12005 como un error. Usé un script PHP en mi servidor web que aceptará el archivo y lo almacenará en un directorio prefabricado llamado "subir" ... aquí está mi pequeño programa
