python 3.2 UnicodeEncodeError: el codec 'charmap' no puede codificar el carácter '\ u2013' en la posición 9629: los caracteres se asignan a <undefined>
Estoy intentando hacer un script que obtiene datos de una base de datos sqlite3, pero me he encontrado con un problema.
El campo en la base de datos es de tipo texto y contiene un texto con formato html. ver el texto de abajo

¿Alguien tiene alguna idea de cómo imprimir / escribir esto en un archivo? Sí, sé que esto se imprime en stdout, pero obtengo el mismo UnicodeEncodeError cuando intento escribir en un archivo. Probé el método de escritura de un objeto de archivo yprint(r['body'], file=f).
