Carga de archivos Struts 2 - Excepción de puntero nulo

Estoy tratando de cargar un archivo usando Struts2 junto con Spring. Pero, de alguna manera después de llegar a mi clase de acción, mi archivo,filename y el tipo de contenido del archivo están saliendo comonull. Intenté buscar el problema pero sin resultados. A continuación se muestra el código para mi carga de archivos.
