Я столкнулся с той же проблемой. В моем случае запуск Android Studio от имени администратора решил проблему.
ользую Android Studio 3.0.1, когда я запускаю свой эмулятор, я получаю много сообщений об ошибках, я пытался решить каждую проблему отдельно, я также много искал, но у меня ничего не работает.
