Como obter texto / xml como UTF-8 a partir de uma solicitação de várias partes / dados de formulário com o RESTeas

obrigado pela sua resposta, mas usar um InputStream em vez de usar getBody (...) também não funciona. O código abaixo retorna o mesmo resultado que o da minha postagem origina

Eu quero fazer upload de arquivos XML codificados em UTF-8 usando o formulário HTML abaixo e lê-lo no servidor usando um RESTEasyMultipartFormDataInput e o código Java mostrado abaixo. No lado do servidor, parece que estou obtendo o conteúdo do (s) arquivo (s) codificado (s) em ASCII, independentemente da codificação real dos arquivos enviados (que é UTF-8) (acessando-o da maneira descrita abaixo). Todos os caracteres que não fazem parte do conjunto de caracteres ASCII estão sendo substituídos por?. Como posso obter 'text / xml' como UTF-8 em uma solicitação 'multipart / form-data' com RESTeasy? (Eu sei que é possível escrever um PreProcessor - Interceptor e obter os bytes brutos lá, mas não posso usar essa abordagem no meu aplicativo).
