O resultado final é que estou tentando instalar o Ruby on Rails no meu sistema operacional 10.7.3, mas com vários problema

lém disso, tenho um XCode 4.3 recém-instalado na App Stor

Quando eu ligo o terminal e digito:

sudo gem install rails

e escreve:

Em todas as correções que estou encontrando, diz para instalar o XCode, que eu tenho e funciona muito bem. No entanto, eu desinstalei uma versão anterior do XCode para instalar a versão mais recente, por isso estou me perguntando se existe alguma relação l

EDIT 1: Eu segui a sugestão do Jasdeep e instalei o RVM. Mas uma vez que eu corro:

sudo rvm install 1.9.3

Eu segui as instruções de matt e pude ir além depois de instalar as ferramentas de linha de comando (já que tenho o Xcode 4.3 agora). No entanto, ainda estou recebendo um erro:
